Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at will@theblacklabel.us so we can make it right.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
